I started training to be a concert pianist at the age of five — and eventually made it to Juilliard. Then I earned a black belt in martial arts. Then trained military Special Operations in mental resilience.

All this taught me the same thing: the ones who get better fastest aren’t the most talented — they’re the ones who believe they can improve at anything, and know how to train and iterate. And now, that’s what I help founders do — get better at leading, with a system, not trial and error.
